Terms of Service

By accessing or using ATLENS ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of majority must have parental consent.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of photographs, reviews, comments, routes, location submissions, and other content they upload.

By uploading content, you grant ATLENS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform.

5. Community Conduct

Users may not:

  • Upload illegal content
  • Harass other users
  • Post false reviews
  • Impersonate others
  • Share harmful or misleading information
  • Violate intellectual property rights

6. Location Information

Location data may be provided by users or third parties. ATLENS does not guarantee accuracy, accessibility, legality, or safety of any location.

7. Photographer Marketplace

ATLENS acts solely as a platform connecting photographers and clients.

ATLENS is not a party to any agreement between users and photographers and assumes no responsibility for services provided.

8. Payments

ATLENS may collect service fees, subscription fees, booking fees, or transaction fees where applicable.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The ATLENS name, logo, branding, software, and platform content remain the exclusive property of ATLENS.

10. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

ATLENS shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, losses, damages, disputes, property damage, data loss, travel issues, weather conditions, or user conduct.

12. Account Termination

ATLENS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

ATLENS may update these Terms at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
